Our company is a national and international leader in the production of natural and synthetic rubbers, PVC and silicones for machines in the textile, dyeing and knitting industries.<\/strong><\/p>\n

TexTape Srl was founded in 1981 in Varese, by the brainchild of Adalberto Colombo and two other partners.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, in 1987<\/strong>, Mr Colombo became the sole director of the company, relocating its headquarters to the industrial area of Milano Nord in a 950 m2<\/strong> factory. The company soon became a benchmark for all Italian textile machinery, specialising in the covering of textile machine cylinders for a wide range of applications from weaving to finishing.<\/p>\n

In 1995, a new challenge began for the company, expanding to the rest of the world<\/strong>. Having received an incredible amount of interest at the ITMA95 trade fair in Milan, TexTape decided to set its sights on the foreign market as well<\/strong>, and within only three years managed to establish an efficient network of distributors, stretching from New Zealand to Chile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The following year, the company experienced an exponential increase in its turnover to EUR 1.4 million and was required to register its trademark to avoid imitations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At ITMA95<\/strong> held in Milan, TexTape attracted great interest from the foreign audience. This is when the decision was made to export our products abroad.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 1999, the company experienced such a significant increase in orders that it was forced to expand with the acquisition of a new 1,200 m2 warehouse<\/strong>.\u00a0The new warehouse, located in the industrial area of Cormano<\/strong>, is in a strategic position to access all the motorways in northern Italy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
